Book in for your session by purchasing a ticket through this item. Please make sure you have read the information on the webpage, but as a reminder, here is the key information for the minisessions. By purchasing a ticket for a session, you acknowledge the following:

  • This is a licensed venue, so it is restricted to 18+ only. IDs will be checked.

  • These sessions are time-limited mini sessions. You will need to be on-time and ready to go for your session to help the day run smoothly. You will also need to leave after your session, but the bar opens properly in the mid afternoon if you want to return to hang out there.

  • These sessions are limited to two people per half hour timeslot due to how many people we are allowed to have in the venue.

  • Your booking includes 3 edited digital images from your photographer. If you would like extra photos, please discuss this with them and note that there may be extra costs to cover editing time.

  • You are booking for a session within a half-hour timeslot and will be assigned a photographer based on who is available, but we’ll let you know before the day who that is. If you have a preference for your photographer, please include that in your questionnaire response and we will try to accomodate your request. All three photographers do fantastic work and you can check out their instagrams from the links above.

  • Basil - the manager/rep for the venue - will be at the venue and will be calling the shots with respect to what we can do inside. Be safe and sensible. Listen when we say stop or no. But have fun too.

  • There are three main areas for photos - the bar, the booths and a couple of cool highbacked leather chairs. Please let us know through the questionnaire if you have a preference and we will try to accomodate this.

  • There is only one bathroom at the venue, so we cannot accomodate people getting changed there. Please arrive in your outfit/cosplay ready to go.

  • Once inside, accesibility is good, however there are two small steps and a narrow front door to get through to get inside the venue.

  • Props are allowed, but please do not bring glitter, petals or anything that can cause a mess.
